This portfolio documents my professional and personal journey, demonstrating how over twenty-five years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, combined with my studies in the Master of Adult Education program at St. Francis Xavier University, have shaped my educational philosophy and practice. It reflects my professional identity as a corporate leader, trainer, and developer of continuing medical education along with my personal commitment to lifelong learning and continuous growth.

Throughout my career, I have designed and delivered educational programs for healthcare professionals, led corporate training initiatives, and coached high-performing teams in highly regulated environments where measurable outcomes and competency development are essential. While these experiences initially grounded my practice in behaviourist approaches to adult learning, graduate study enabled me to explore broader philosophical perspectives. Through critical reflection, I have developed a more learner-centred philosophy that integrates humanistic, progressive, and transformative principles while recognizing the practical realities of workplace education.
